As a business we are well known within the area of the land-water interface which includes the maritime, environment, coastal and rivers sectors. Our company has over 50 years experience in the cartographic field, and over 15 years in the geographic information field.
Within these areas of business our GIS, simulation, database, and web solutions can range from genuine independent advice, customisation, and programming to full scale development, implementation and training.
Maritime
Within the marine environment we have created GIS systems for clients such as the Crown Estate and the Isle of Man Department of Transport. We have also created complex simulations of ro-ro and container terminal operations.
Coastal and Rivers
Numerous models for flood analysis and flood mapping exercises have been produced for clients, such as the Environment Agency and Local Councils, within the coastal and rivers sector.
We also design and develop databases such as the sea defences database which is currently used by a number of coastal councils around the UK and Ireland. We have also completed numerous detailed time series studies of coastal and coastline processes.
